To ensure a smooth video upload experience on Hopper HQ, please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines

The maximum video width for Instagram is 1080 pixels, with a minimum of 600 pixels width.

Unfortunately, Super HD or 4K video uploads are not supported on Instagram or Hopper HQ. The maximum resolution for all video files is 1080px.

There is no height restriction for Instagram videos, as long as they fall within the maximum portrait and landscape ratios of 4:5 and 1.91:1, respectively.

Instagram Reel Aspect Ratio

Instagram Reels are designed to be viewed in portrait mode, similar to the size of a smartphone screen.

When uploading videos or photos for Reels, ensure they are 1080 pixels wide and 1920 pixels tall, with an aspect ratio of 9:16.

We recommend uploading videos in .mov, .mp4, or .m4v formats on Hopper HQ.

The maximum supported frame rate is 30fps.

Please note that Instagram often updates its video format guidelines. To ensure compatibility, we suggest exporting one video file in your chosen format and size and testing it in Hopper HQ. If it uploads successfully, you can create the remaining videos in the same format.

TikTok will not accept videos smaller than 360 pixels wide and 360 pixels tall.
