At Hopper HQ, we're excited to announce our expanded support for Instagram creator profiles. Previously, we only supported Instagram business profiles, but now we offer seamless integration for Instagram Creator profiles as well.
If you wish you switch to an Instagram Creator Profile, here's how:
Access Instagram Account Settings: To switch to an Instagram Creator profile, log in to your Instagram account and navigate to your account settings.
Switch to Creator Account: Within your Instagram account settings, locate the option to switch to a Creator account. Follow the prompts and provide any required information to complete the transition.
Refresh Instagram Connection on Hopper HQ: Once you've successfully switched to an Instagram Creator profile, it's essential to refresh the Instagram connection on Hopper HQ. Head to Hopper HQ's Account settings and locate the option to refresh the Instagram connection. This ensures that all account information is up to date and synchronized between Hopper HQ and Instagram.
Please note, that Instagram Story autopublishing is not available for Creator accounts. If you wish to autopublish Instagram Stories, please convert to a Business account.
