You can easily download nearly all of your past media using the Hopper HQ mobile or desktop app.
Downloading Past Media on Mobile
To access and download your past media via the Hopper HQ mobile app:
Open the mobile app.
Navigate to the post in the app's history page.
Click 'Download media'.
To reuse content, you can choose the 'Reschedule' option within the app, which allows you to create a new post using the same media.
Due to TikTok limitations, we are currently unable to download media from TikTok posts that were published directly to TikTok.
Downloading Media on Desktop
To download media, please use the Hopper HQ desktop app by following these steps:
Log in to Hopper HQ on your laptop or desktop.
Select the post containing the media you'd like to download.
Click on the media itself to open it.
Once the media is open, click on the three dots in the corner.
Choose the 'Download' option to save the file.
