If you've created a Team in Hopper HQ, you might not be the best person to receive all the account notifications. In Hopper HQ, you can select who receives specific account notifications.

Account notifications are:

  • Account connection issues

  • Post failure emails

To change who receives account notifications, please head to the account in Hopper HQ...

  1. Click into Settings > Account

  2. Scroll down to Failure Notifications

  3. Select who from your team will be responsible for the account
