Introduction to post approvals
An approval system is a process whereby team members can create the posts for the social media platforms, and then someone else can individually approve (or not as the case may be) the posts.
Team members with 'Draft Posts Only' permissions can create posts for approval.
Team members with 'Full Publishing' or 'Admin' permissions can approve or disapprove posts.
How to set a post for approval
Any team member can create draft posts for approval.

Head to your Posts, Stories and Reel tab and click into the Pending Approval toggle. Here you can view and approve the posts.
