If you're managing a Facebook Page using Hopper HQ, you may notice a “Published by Hopper HQ” label on your posts. But don’t worry - this label is only visible to admins of the Facebook Page and won’t be shown to your audience.

Who Can See the Label?

  • Only Facebook Page Admins & Editors: If you're an admin or editor of the Page, you’ll see the “Published by Hopper HQ” label on posts.

  • Regular Followers & Visitors Won’t See It: Your audience won’t see this label when browsing your content.

How to Check for Yourself

If you want to confirm the visibility of the label:

  1. Open your Facebook Page and find a post published via Hopper HQ.

  2. Log out of Facebook or open an incognito/private browsing window.

  3. Navigate to your Page as a visitor and check the post.

  4. You’ll see that the “Posted from Hopper HQ” label is not visible.

This label is simply a Meta feature for transparency within your team and won’t affect your audience’s experience.
