With Hopper HQ’s Teams feature, collaborating with teammates and clients has never been easier! Whether you’re building posts together, managing multiple accounts, or delegating responsibilities, our flexible team permissions ensure that everyone has the right tools to succeed. 🎉

Why Use Hopper HQ for Teams?

The easiest way to manage social media as a team is with a scheduling tool like Hopper HQ. Here’s why:

  • Plan, create, and schedule posts ahead of time while Hopper HQ publishes your content automatically.

  • Collaborate effortlessly by assigning permissions tailored to each team member’s role.

  • Maintain control of your accounts while empowering your team ✨

Setting Up Your Team

1. Inviting Team Members

To invite teammates or clients:

  • Go to SettingsTeamsInvite Members.

  • Choose permissions for each team member based on their role (details below!).

For a step-by-step guide, check out our articlee → Create a Team and invite your teammates and clients

2. Adjusting Permissions

To edit permissions for an existing team member:

  • Go to Team SettingsManage Members → Find the member and click Edit Permissions.

💡 Note:

  • If a team member has Admin Team-level permissions, they can view and edit all profiles in the team and manage team settings. Their account permissions can’t be customized further.

  • For more granular control, assign Member Team-level permissions to set specific account-level access.

Permission Levels Explained

Hopper HQ gives you the flexibility to assign team members the right level of access for each account:

  • No Access: The account is hidden from the member unless access is granted later.

  • Read Only: The member can view drafts and scheduled posts but cannot create or edit content.

  • Drafting Permission: The member can see all posts and create drafts but cannot publish.

  • Full Publishing: The member can view, edit, draft, and publish posts but cannot access account settings.

  • Admin: The member has full access to the account, including settings changes.

Can Team Members Connect New Social Accounts?

Yes, if a team member has Member Team-level permissions, you can toggle on the ability for them to connect new social accounts to Hopper HQ.

Why Permissions Matter

Assigning permissions ensures:

  • Better collaboration with clear roles and responsibilities.

  • Full control over who can access sensitive accounts or make changes.

  • Streamlined workflows with tailored access for teammates and clients.
