You're here because you're not seeing the option to 'Edit Settings' in the Facebook Connect flow. This is a Facebook quirk that we have no control over. Luckily, we've found a workaround π
If you have a different functioning Facebook or Instagram account
Please head to that account on Hopper HQ and refresh the connections - as shown in this article.
This should ensure that Hopper HQ has the correct permissions to publish on your behalf.
Check all permissions in Facebook
We need to ensure your Facebook is giving permission to Hopper HQ to access the account(s).
Please can head to this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings
Press 'View and edit' next to Hopper HQ
Ensure that for each permission all the Instagram accounts and Facebook pages are ticked.
Once done, please head back to Hopper HQ and try reconnect the account.
If you're still having any difficulty, please get in contact and we'll be happy to support π
