What is CSV Bulk Upload?
CSV Bulk Upload is a feature designed to simplify and expedite the process of scheduling multiple social media posts. With the help of a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file, you can now upload and schedule a batch of posts at once, minimizing manual effort and saving you valuable time.
How to Use CSV Bulk Upload
Follow these simple steps to harness the power of CSV Bulk Upload:
1. Click 'Create', and then '+ Create Post'
2. Click 'CSV Import'
3. Upload or drag and drop a CSV file

Creating your CSV file:
Column 1: Caption
Column 2: Date Time (YYYY-MM-DD H:M)
Column 3: First Comment
Column 4: Media (media links/URLs)
Column 5: Notes
4. Our system will conduct a CSV file review and check, highlighting any necessary adjustments.
5. Once you've reviewed and are satisfied with your CSV file, click the "Start" button to initiate the upload process.
6. Review Results: Once the upload is complete, review the results. Head to the Planner or Calendar page to view the new posts in Hopper HQ.

How many posts can you upload at one time?
The maximum amount of posts is 350 posts in one CSV file.
How do I create the media links/URLs?
Can I schedule video posts using CSV bulk upload?
Yes, absolutely! Please create the media links/URLs in the same way.

Can I upload multiple media to one post? (Carousel posts/Gallery posts)
Yes, simply add all the media links to the post row separated by a semicolon ";".
Can I upload posts without media?
You are able to upload text-only posts to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. The other platforms require media to be set.
Can I upload posts without captions?
You are able to upload media-only posts to all platforms.
Can I upload posts without dates?
At the moment each post must have a time and date set. Send us a message to register your interest for this feature.
Can I upload posts without first comments?
Yes, absolutely! Remember that only Instagram scheduling supports first comment scheduling. Simply leave that column empty in the CSV file.
Can I upload posts without notes?
Yes, absolutely! Simply leave that column empty in the CSV file.
Can I upload a separate YouTube title?

Can I upload a separate Pin title?
At the moment this isn't available. Send us a message to register your interest for this feature.
Can I schedule one post for multiple platforms?
At the moment, each CSV file upload needs to be per social profile. If you wish to have the same post go to another platform, please create a new CSV file and copy across the post information.
Can I schedule posts as drafts?
At the moment this isn't available. Upload as Scheduled and then you can use our Bulk Editor to mark all posts to Draft. Send us a message to register your interest for this feature.
