Efficiently upload content to Hopper HQ

Managing and scheduling social media content can be a time-consuming task, but with Hopper HQ, you can streamline the process and save valuable time. Whether you’re uploading images and videos or using CSV files, Hopper HQ offers powerful bulk uploading features to help you efficiently plan and manage your posts.

Upload Your Media in Bulk

Hopper HQ allows you to bulk upload up to 50 media items at a time, making it easier to create multiple posts at once. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Click 'Create' on your dashboard.

  2. Select 'Bulk Create'.

  3. Choose your upload source:

    • Upload from your computer, Link, DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive or Unsplash.

  4. Select up to 50 media items.

  5. Finish Your Posts:

    1. Edit all posts on the same page.

    2. Add captions, first comments, location and more to your posts.

  6. Click 'Save'

  • How many media items can I upload at once?

    Whilst, we say up to 50 media items, we recommend bulk uploading 20 media items at once. CSV bulk upload allows for 350 posts at once.

  • How do I set which account I am uploading the media to?

  • Before you click 'Create' ensure you're in the chosen account on the left-hand menu.

  • Can I set multiple accounts as the post destination prior to upload?

  • No. This feature allows you to upload multiple media files to one social profile


CSV Bulk Upload

For even greater efficiency, use our CSV Bulk Upload feature to schedule multiple posts at once. This tool is ideal for those who have a large number of posts to schedule and want to minimise manual effort. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Click 'Create' on your dashboard.

  2. Select 'CSV upload'.

  3. Upload Your CSV File.

    1. Download our CSV template here.

      • Structure your CSV file with the following columns:

        • Column 1: Caption

        • Column 2: Date Time (YYYY-MM-DD HH)

        • Column 3: First Comment

        • Column 4: Media (media links/URLs)

        • Column 5: Notes

  4. Review and Start Upload.

    • Our system will review your CSV file and highlight any necessary adjustments.

    • Once reviewed, click 'Start' to begin the upload process.

  5. Check Results:

    • After the upload is complete, review the results. Go to the Planner or Calendar page to view your new posts 🙌
