Here’s how to use the Bulk Edit feature:
How to Bulk Edit All Posts
On the left-hand side menu of your Hopper HQ dashboard, locate and click the 'Bulk Edit' button. This will take you to the Bulk Edit view where you can manage all your posts.
How to Bulk Edit a Selection of Posts
Whilst it may be great to view all your posts, sometimes you want to focus on specific posts that need attention.
Go to the Planner Page:
On the planner page, use the 'Select Multiple' feature to choose the posts you want to edit in bulk.
Select Posts:
Check the boxes next to the posts you wish to bulk edit. Once selected, click the 'Edit' button.
Edit in Focused View:
Clicking 'Edit' will open a full-page view of the selected posts, providing you with a focused and detailed editing interface. Make the necessary changes to your posts in this view.

In the Bulk Edit view, you’ll see all your posts laid out in a convenient format for bulk actions. Here, you can make changes to individual posts or perform bulk actions.
Perform Bulk Actions:
Convert Posts: Use the options available to convert all posts into posts, stories, reels, drafts, or pending approval.
