At Hopper HQ, we ask for card details before activating the trial to ensure we’re protecting both our platform and the social media platforms from fake or spam accounts. This helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for all users.

Providing card details helps us to validate a visitor's authenticity, as well as helping us by preventing users fromcreating unlimited trial accounts and spamming social media platforms using our software.

If at any point you decide Hopper HQ isn’t for you, simply cancel your plan from your Billing Settings page before the trial ends, and you won’t be billed. You can even cancel right at the start of the trial to avoid any worries while you explore our features.

As for security, Hopper HQ is a registered limited company in England (registration number 09501144), and we’re fully regulated by UK laws. All payments and card details are securely managed by Stripe, the world’s leading payment gateway, so your information is always protected.
