Do not stress, this is a Facebook Setting that Hopper HQ requires to be enabled.
How to check Future Off-Facebook Activity Settings:
To do this:
Login to facebook.com
Click the grey down arrow in the top right of the Facebook page.
Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
Click Your Facebook information in the left column, then click Off-Facebook activity.
Here you'll be able to reconnect or 'engage' your Off-Facebook activity.
❗ It is very important that all Facebook profiles connected with your Facebook Page(s) have this settings turned on ❗
