Instagram account or Facebook page not available to tick in the Facebook connect window when connecting or refreshing account?

Sometimes your Instagram account or Facebook page will not show in the Facebook Connect pop-up workflow. Fear not!

First, please double check:


If your Instagram account is still not appearing in the Facebook pop-up?

If you have another Instagram account on your Hopper HQ:

  1. Head to a different fully connected Instagram accounts on your Hopper HQ account and click 'Refresh connection' button under Autopost Connection.

  2. In this^ Facebook pop-up, please ensure you press 'Edit settings', not 'Continue as [name]'. In this flow please ensure all IG accounts, Facebook pages and permissions are selected.

If you have a Facebook Page connected to your Hopper HQ:

  1. Head to the Facebook Pages' Account Settings in Hopper HQ

  2. Click 'Refresh Connection'

  3. In this^ Facebook pop-up, please ensure you press 'Edit settings', not 'Continue as [name]'. In this flow please ensure all IG accounts, Facebook pages and permissions are selected.

If your account is still not appearing on the Facebook connect window, please contact support.
