Trial cancellation

Simply cancel your Hopper HQ account in the Billing Settings so you won't be charged at the end of your trial period, but will have full access to your account until then.

All plans are subject to automatic renewal, so if Hopper HQ isn't for you, please ensure you cancel your account before the end of your trial to avoid being billed.

Subscription cancellation

Unfortunately, as per our refund policy, all premium purchases are non-refundable.

At Hopper HQ, you have full control of your membership and are able to cancel your account in your Billing Settings at any time and will have full access to your account until the end of your current paid period.

Annual cancellation

As with most annual subscription, we don't offer partial refunds on annual plans. This is because we offer a discounted price in exchange for committing for the year.
