At Hopper HQ, we strive to provide the best social media scheduling experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your subscription or seek a refund.

Trial cancellation

We're sorry to hear that you're considering leaving Hopper HQ. Your trial period can be canceled easily in the Billing Settings. By canceling your account before the trial ends, you won't be charged, but you'll still have full access to your account until then.

We value your feedback and would love to hear any suggestions for improvement or feature requests you may have.

Subscription cancellation

While we understand that Hopper HQ may not be the right fit for everyone, we would like to inform you that all premium purchases are non-refundable according to our refund policy. However, you have complete control over your membership, and you can cancel your account at any time in the Billing Settings.

Rest assured, you'll continue to have full access to your account until the end of your current paid period.

Annual cancellation

If you have an annual subscription with us, please note that we do not offer partial refunds. Our annual plans are discounted in exchange for a commitment for the entire year. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
