You're here because you've been told that you aren't the correct role on your Facebook Page...

Let me explain πŸ€“ Hopper HQ requires admin privileges on your Facebook Page to ensure that we can publish your content from the get-go! πŸš€


It's super simple! Let's check that you have admin privileges on your Facebook Page:

Only people with an admin role will be able to connect their Instagram account to Hopper HQ via Facebook.

How to check your page role

1. To check your page role settings, head over to the Facebook page connected to your Instagram business profile. Click on settings at the bottom of the left-menu, then navigate to the page roles tab in the same menu.

2. You will need to make sure that your personal Facebook profile is listed as an admin for the page (check this under heading 'Existing Page Roles') - any other permission is not sufficient.

If you do not hold an admin role, you will need to contact the page owner and ask them to grant you an admin role, or alternatively, you can have them connect the account to Hopper HQ instead.

Once you are an admin of the Page, head back to Hopper HQ and press 'Try Again'. Here you'll restart the Facebook Connect window to connect your Instagram account πŸ˜ƒ
