With Time Settings, you can now preset your perfect posting times and apply custom timezones for each connected social media account. This means faster scheduling and more relevant posting, no matter where your audience is in the world.

Why Use Time Settings?

Scheduling content is easier — and smarter — when your ideal times are already in place.

With Time Settings, you can:

  • Set default post times by day of the week

  • Customise settings for each individual social media account

  • Assign a unique timezone to each profile

  • Save time during scheduling — we’ll recommend the next best time automatically

  • Avoid manual time conversions across global audiences

How to Set Up Your Time Settings

  1. Go to your Account Settings

  2. Click into the Time Settings tab for each connected profile

  3. Choose your preferred times:

    • Set daily post times (e.g. 9am, 1pm, 6pm)

    • Apply to specific days, weekdays, or weekends

  4. Select the timezone for that account — no more converting across time zones

  5. Save your changes, and you're ready to roll! 🎉

💡 When creating a new post, Hopper HQ will automatically suggest a time based on your Time Settings and the last scheduled post — including both scheduled and drafts.
