If an Instagram account is switched from a Business type to Creator type and then back to a Business type, Facebook settings may require a native review.


It's very easy to check...

Please open the Connected Facebook page:

  1. Click Settings in the lefthand menu

  2. Click Instagram in the lefthand menu

  3. If there is a button saying 'Review Connection', click this.

  4. Please follow the steps outlined by Facebook and once the review is complete, head back to Hopper HQ to refresh your Instagram and Facebook accounts connections (find this in your Account Settings).
